6th Annual National Conference

The 6th Nolands National Conference took us to the beautiful river fronting bush resort “The Blades”, so named for its rowing theme throughout.

Hosted by Beyers Muller and his Pretoria team, the conference earned high praise from both guests and partners alike.

With the early Friday start, most decided on joining the conference on Thursday and were treated to supper and drinks around the Boma fire.

On Friday, with the Vision 2020 theme, scenario planner Clem Sunter, Oxford professor Mthuli Ncube and DA chief whip John Steenhuisen gave delegates an overview of the world, of Africa and South Africa from different angles and perspectives.

On Friday afternoon, 6 practice groups took place over two time slots and by 7pm it was time to gather on The Blades Upper Deck for some well- deserved leisure time and the braai the followed.

Port Elizabeth was announced as the venue for 2017 and we all look forward to the 7th National Conference being even bigger and better.
